Our Garden is Growing

Last night was a funny night at the Moore house. It was thundering and lighting with no rain. Stuart and Ashley have been working hard in the garden. Stuart was waiting for the right moment to pick the broccoli and cauliflower. So we picked it and it was full of bright green caterpillars. The kids had a blast naming each caterpillar but there were hundreds of them. I looked at Stuart and I said" there is no way I am eating vegetables from the garden". Well, he brought the vegetables in the kitchen where he washed them. Then he put them in a bowl cut in small pieces. He took a bite out of the broccoli and at the same time a caterpillar crawled out the bowl. No, thanks but I truly love watching Stuart and Ashley out in the garden together. It's just like little buddies out there working together and loving it.
