Day Two Lunch


Lunch Day 2
2 small Zucchinis grated
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp grated Parmesan
sea salt and black pepper to taste

saute ingredients together for 5 minutes

add
1/4 cup chicken stock
saute for 5 minutes until chicken stock cooks away

core apple add 2 tsp ground natural peanut butter drizzle with honey
