John Richard had a program at his school last week. His class dressed up like UT football players and Cheerleaders! I never thought I would see the day knowing our history with USC. It was a cute program and John Richard stood up and sang his little heart out. When he was on the stage he said" Where is my Mom and Dad real loud". Everyone laughed and then he found us.

1st Snow

The weather channel called for snow over the weekend and we did not receive any such blessings. I love watching the snow whirl around in the sky in the evening hours when you can see the snow against outside lights. Last night it snowed and covered the roof tops. Ashley and John jumped up and down although it was a small dusting the still enjoyed.

Ashley and John had friends over this weekend and we made sugar cookies. Ashley had her first sleep over on Saturday. I was expecting a call because she gets weary at night for her own bed. But she made it and I was proud of her. Of course, I did not tell her that I did not go to sleep that night worried for her!

Look at the bag John is holding. It is a dark orange felt bag. Even with a bright light or a flash light you could not see through the bag. But in the picture it seems as if the bag is transparent but it is not. Strange picture taken on Halloween it is a "ghost bag"!
